I am an example to prove that anyone can do what they want if they want it bad enough. I was 51 when I got my GED (first time taking it). Then I had a stroke 10 months before I was to take my tech test. I had lost a lot of my memory and was off work for 6 months. Went back 4 months before I took my test and basically started over. At the age of 52 I got my tech license after passing the exam the first time. So I am very proud of what I have accomplished. I work hard and even harder to keep learning my job. Shows if I can do it anyone can. I broke and trained horses until my husband died then I had to go to work. I started late in life but I can and will finish.
