An extensive meta-analysis published in The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews on the benefit of green tea consumption and the prevention of certain cancers provided conflicting results, which means that drinking green tea remains unproven in cancer prevention, but appears to be safe at moderate, regular, and habitual use. In total, 51 studies with more than 1.6 million participants were included.More »
